Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our services or website. By accessing our website, submitting a service request, or engaging Bad Daddy Mobile Mechanics for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Bad Daddy Mobile Mechanics provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance services in the Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield, and surrounding DFW areas. Services are performed at a location of your choosing, subject to our service area coverage and availability.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where the work environment is deemed unsafe, the vehicle requires specialized equipment we do not carry, or the scope of work exceeds what can be performed on-site.

3. Service Appointments

• Appointments are confirmed via phone call or text message after you submit a service request.
• You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and the issue when booking.
• Prices quoted before arrival are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on actual diagnosis or parts required.
• If our mechanic arrives and additional issues are discovered, you will be informed before any additional work is performed.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may result in a trip fee charge to cover dispatch costs.
• No-shows without notice may result in a no-show fee.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
• All parts and labor costs will be disclosed before work begins.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Labor performed by Bad Daddy Mobile Mechanics is warranted against defects for 30 days from the date of service, subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover pre-existing conditions or unrelated issues.
• Parts may carry their own manufacturer warranty, which will be disclosed at the time of service.
• The warranty is void if the vehicle has been repaired, modified, or tampered with by another party after our service.
• Customer-supplied parts are not warranted by Bad Daddy Mobile Mechanics.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bad Daddy Mobile Mechanics shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions, wear, or damage unrelated to the specific service performed.
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from service or failure of service.
• Damage to personal property left in the vehicle during service.
• Any issue resulting from customer-supplied parts or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and accessible work environment at the service location.
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and that you or an authorized representative is present at the time of service.
• Disclose any known issues, modifications, or prior repairs that may affect the work being performed.
• Ensure any pets or hazards are kept clear of the work area.

9. SMS Communications

SMS opt-in is completely optional. You may book appointments and receive full service without opting in to SMS communications. By providing your mobile phone number and voluntarily checking the SMS opt-in box on our contact form, you consent to receive promotional and transactional text messages from Bad Daddy Mobile Mechanics / Bad Daddy Operations Inc. regarding your appointment, service updates, and promotional offers.

We never sell, share, or disclose your phone number, email address, or SMS consent data with any third parties for any purpose. Your contact information is used solely to fulfill your service request and deliver messages you have opted in to receive.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bad Daddy Mobile Mechanics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Bad Daddy Operations Inc., operating as Bad Daddy Mobile Mechanics, is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Bad Daddy Mobile Mechanics and its wireless carriers make no warranty, express or implied, and assume no liability for SMS messages that fail to be delivered. SMS message services are provided on an "AS IS" basis with no guarantee of delivery. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
